MAGGIE DAVIS

Maggie Davis is a Lexington native, a University of Kentucky graduate and an eternal optimist (especially when it comes to sports). She rejoined the WLEX-TV team in September 2020 as an associate producer and multi-media journalist for the nightly UK sports show, BBN Tonight and the weekend show, BBN Gameday.

Previously, Maggie worked with WLEX-TV as a production intern and sports reporter for the show Hey Kentucky! She's also a former staff writer, digital host, and Sunday editor for the largest independently-owned college sports blog in America, Kentucky Sports Radio. With KSR, she covered the Wildcats for over four years. She also interned with ESPN in Los Angeles, where she worked on SportsCenter and The Jump.

While at UK, Maggie majored in broadcast journalism with minors in political science and digital media and design. She was involved with the campus radio station WRFL, was an active member of the Chi Omega sorority, and was named the 2019 Homecoming queen.
